Our range of robotic finishing tools consists of 30 different models. Each tool is designed to address a specific task. From robotic deburring, milling, and finishing to applications such as brushing, chamfering, cutting/sawing, filling, grinding, milling, polishing and tapping. For each application, there is a unique tool – drill, mill, brush, saw, grinding wheel designed to meet that specific need.

Most tools include axial compliance which allows for better force control to be applied to the surface to be processed. A pressure regulator is used to adjust – regulate the force needed throughout the process.

By utilizing the compliance detection feature, tool wear can be monitored thereby guaranteeing that the job needed to be performed is always done within the performance limit of the tool.

For 35+ years, these unique features have provided numerous advantages and benefits to a host of satisfied users in key industries such as foundry, plastics, automotive, cutlery…

Brushing

Finishing tools for brushing solutions can meet a wide range of requirements. They can be used for tasks ranging from deburring large parts after machining to rounding sharp edges, including in particularly hard-to-reach areas.

Chamfering

Finishing tools for chamfering solutions are used to machine holes in metallic and non-metallic materials. They can perform precision work in hard-to-reach areas.

Cutting and Sawing

Finishing tools for cutting and sawing solutions help achieve high machining productivity. Depending on the model, they can cut almost any material, deburr cast iron and cast aluminium parts, or remove excess material from metallic and non-metallic components.

Filing

Finishing tools for milling solutions offer high productivity and consistent quality. Depending on the model, they are suitable for pre-deburring applications, cost-effective deburring, removing large burrs from cast parts, or light grinding of metallic and non-metallic components.

Grinding

Finishing tools for filing solutions are dedicated to precision work. They are suitable for removing burrs from narrow slots and grooves on metallic and non-metallic parts.

Milling

Finishing tools for grinding solutions can be used with all types of discs on almost any material.

Polishing

Finishing tools for polishing solutions can be used for surface finishing with flap brushes. They are suitable for grinding or polishing operations on all types of materials.

Tapping

Finishing tools for tapping solutions can be used to tap holes of varying depths as well as blind holes. Thanks to the floating chuck principle, all types of taps can be used.
