PES S.A. has a large experience regarding sensistive signals transmission through spring pins contacts integrated in tool changers modules. 100 Base-TX, 1000Base-T, GigE-Vision or proprietary protocols using the twisted pair as physical media have no secret for us. We can design the proper wiring, integrate it in our in-house manufactured connection modules and fully test and certify them (for IEEE standards).

There are also spring pins solutions for coax cables, so do not hesitate to share you camera specifications. We will analyze them and build your tool changers utility modules accordingly, for safe and reliable robot operation.
