Slip Ring | 60 circuits | SVTS C 06-U-A-00/60
A wide central passage without sacrificing electrical connections
The SVTS C06 is a through-bore slip ring designed to transmit substantial electrical power and a large number of signals through a continuously rotating axis. Its 50 mm through-bore allows a shaft, cables or other mechanical elements to pass through the centre of the slip ring, while its 120 mm outer diameter provides capacity for a high number of circuits.
Depending on configuration, the SVTS C06 can combine 20 A power circuits and 5 A signal circuits, with up to 72 electrical circuits. Available configurations allow the distribution between power and signal circuits to be adapted to the specific requirements of the machine.
Its multipoint contact technology provides multiple contact points between brushes and rings to maintain low electrical contact resistance, reduce electrical noise and limit contact wear. No lubrication is required.
Thanks to its 50 mm through-bore and high circuit capacity, the SVTS C06 is particularly suitable for rotary tables, indexing systems, packaging machinery, automated equipment and industrial installations requiring multiple power and signal connections between stationary and rotating parts.
Advantages
