Stable transmission for sensitive signals and power
The SVTS B01 is the most compact solution in the SVTS B Series using multi-wire brush technology. Multiple contact points between brushes and rings help maintain low electrical contact resistance, reduce contact wear and provide a long service life, including in high-speed applications.
The SVTS B01 is designed to transmit power and electrical signals simultaneously, including sensitive thermocouple signals. Faston terminals provide direct electrical connection without soldering, avoiding additional junctions that could affect the accuracy of thermocouple temperature measurements.
This combination of multipoint contacts, Faston terminals and a design suitable for intensive operation makes the SVTS B01 particularly suitable for continuous and flowpack packaging machines, as well as automated machinery requiring reliable power, signal or temperature measurement transmission through a continuously rotating axis.
