Slip Ring | 12 circuits | SVTS C 02-S-A-00/12
Through-bore freedom for compact rotating systems
The SVTS C02 is a compact through-bore slip ring designed to transmit power, signals and data through a continuously rotating axis. Its 4.5 mm through-bore and 22 mm outer diameter allow 2 to 12 electrical circuits to be integrated while maintaining a compact footprint.
Its multipoint contact technology provides multiple contact points between brushes and rings. This architecture helps maintain low electrical contact resistance, reduce electrical noise and contact wear, without requiring lubrication.
The through-bore enables direct mounting around a shaft or allows a mechanical element to pass through the centre of the slip ring. Depending on configuration, the SVTS C02 can transmit power, control signals and data at up to 100 Mbit/s. It can also be combined with a fluidic rotary joint or FORJ to integrate multiple transmission technologies on the same rotating axis.
Depending on the configuration, the SVTS C Series can also be adapted for fieldbus and high-speed data transmission up to 1000 Mbit/s.
