The SVTS C05-E1G is a through-bore slip ring with a 38.1 mm bore integrating Gigabit Ethernet 1000Base-T communication at up to 1 Gbit/s. It maintains high-speed Ethernet communication between stationary and rotating parts of a machine without restricting continuous rotation.
Depending on configuration, the Gigabit Ethernet connection can be combined with power circuits rated up to 15 A and 2 A signal circuits. This architecture centralises communication, electrical power and control signals within a single rotary interface.
The 38.1 mm central passage facilitates integration around a shaft or allows other mechanical elements to pass through the slip ring. The SVTS C05-E1G is particularly suitable for connected automated equipment, vision systems, rotary tables and applications requiring high-speed Ethernet communication through a continuously rotating axis.
