Protected rotary transmission for demanding environments
The SVTS D01 is a ruggedized slip ring designed for machinery and equipment operating under demanding environmental conditions. Its machined stainless steel housing, cable glands on the inlet and outlet and sturdy mechanical construction make it particularly suitable for harsh industrial environments and applications requiring materials compatible with food and beverage industry requirements.
The standard SVTS D01 range is available with 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 42 or 48 circuits rated at 5 A. Its fibre brush and gold-gold contact technology provides multiple contact points between brushes and rings, supporting low electrical contact resistance, high-quality signal transmission, reduced wear and long service life.
The SVTS D01 can operate at nominal speeds up to 500 rpm and requires no lubrication. Typical applications include filling and labelling machines, capping machines, packaging equipment, automatic machinery, hose reels, machine tools, robots and rotary tables.
The SVTS D Series can also be customized to integrate fieldbus transmission such as EtherCAT, PROFINET, SERCOS, POWERLINK, Ethernet or CANbus, as well as combined solutions with fluidic rotary joints or FORJs.
