The SVTS D02 is a ruggedized slip ring designed to transmit power and electrical signals simultaneously in industrial applications exposed to demanding environmental conditions. Its 87 mm diameter stainless steel housing and robust construction make it particularly suitable for machinery requiring a protected and durable rotary interface.
Depending on configuration, the SVTS D02 can combine 15 A power circuits and 2 A signal circuits. The standard range provides up to 48 power circuits or up to 96 signal circuits, as well as numerous intermediate combinations allowing the distribution between electrical power and signal transmission to be adapted to the requirements of the machine.
The SVTS D Series uses fibre brush and gold-gold contact technology to provide stable electrical transmission, low contact resistance and long service life. The SVTS D02 can operate at nominal speeds up to 500 rpm and supports up to 600 VAC/VDC on power circuits and 240 VAC/VDC on signal circuits.
The SVTS D02 is particularly suitable for filling and labelling machines, packaging equipment, automatic machinery, machine tools, robots, process control systems and rotary tables. The SVTS D Series can also be customized to integrate fieldbus communication or combined with fluidic rotary joints and FORJs when several transmission technologies are required on the same rotating axis.
