More mechanical clearance in an open power-transfer architecture
The SVTS E02-002 is an open through-bore slip ring designed to transmit three 40 A power circuits through a continuously rotating axis. Its 38.1 mm through-bore enables installation around a shaft while maintaining a large central passage for mechanical integration.
With three 40 A circuits and a maximum voltage of 400 VAC or 400 VDC, this configuration is designed for applications requiring high current capacity with a limited number of circuits. Nominal speed is 300 rpm, with higher speeds available on request depending on operating conditions.
The open architecture of the SVTS E Series facilitates direct integration of the slip ring into the machine structure. This design is particularly suitable where there is no significant risk of contamination and where mechanical protection of the slip ring is provided by the equipment.
The SVTS E02-002 is particularly suitable for rotary tables, cable reels, palletisers, special-purpose machinery and OEM equipment requiring three high-power electrical supplies combined with a large central passage.
