Slip Ring | 3 circuits | SVTS E 03-R-A-03/00-XXX-002
A wide through-bore to integrate power close to the rotating axis
The SVTS E03-002 is an open through-bore slip ring designed to transmit three 40 A power circuits through a continuously rotating axis. Its 50 mm through-bore enables installation around a shaft while maintaining a large central passage.
With three 40 A circuits and a maximum voltage of 400 VAC or 400 VDC, this configuration is designed for applications requiring high current capacity with a limited number of circuits. Nominal speed is 300 rpm, with higher speeds available on request.
Its open design allows the slip ring to be integrated directly into the mechanical structure of the machine. This architecture gives designers considerable freedom to optimise mounting, installation space and component protection.
The SVTS E03-002 is particularly suitable for rotary tables, special-purpose machinery and OEM equipment requiring three high-power electrical supplies combined with a 50 mm central passage.
Advantages
- 50 mm through-bore
- 115 mm outer diameter
- 3 power circuits rated at 40 A
- Voltage up to 400 VAC / 400 VDC
- Nominal speed up to 300 rpm
- Higher speeds available on request
- Open IP00 architecture
- Dynamic contact resistance below 10 mΩ
- Expected lifetime up to 10⁸ revolutions depending on operating conditions
- Compliant to CE and RoHS
Benefits
- Allows three power circuits rated up to 60 A to be transmitted while preserving a 50 mm central bore
- Allows high-current rotating loads to be supplied around a through-shaft or mechanical assembly
- Avoids using a more complex enclosed slip ring when the application mainly requires a few high-power circuits
- Combines high current capacity and a large central bore within an open architecture that can be integrated directly into the machine
